摘  要：鋼筋調(diào)直機(jī)的主要作用是對(duì)盤(pán)式的鋼筋進(jìn)行調(diào)直和定長(zhǎng)切割。本文通過(guò)對(duì)鋼筋調(diào)直機(jī)的定長(zhǎng)切割原理進(jìn)行了研究，并對(duì)該設(shè)備在工作過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生誤差的原因進(jìn)行了分析，提出了基于單片機(jī)的新型定長(zhǎng)和切斷伺服控制系統(tǒng)，目前，該裝置已投入到實(shí)際運(yùn)行中。 關(guān)鍵詞：?jiǎn)纹瑱C(jī)   調(diào)直機(jī)   定長(zhǎng)切斷   伺服控制 Abstract: The main function of the steel straightening machine is to straighten the disc and straighten the cutting.
